BTR will schedule a video interview between you and our BTR Mission Specialists.

Should you decide to continue, you will make an initial deposit and arrangements for an in-person assessment.

During the in-person assessment, you will be interviewed by BTR Mission Specialists and a BTR psychologist/performance coach. You will undergo a performance assessment, fill out a detailed mission preference survey, and have an opportunity to ask additional questions about the scenario process. The purpose of the assessment is two-fold: to determine the scope and nature of the mission scenario that you wish to experience and to ensure you are psychologically and physically fit to undergo the same.

Based on the results of the in-person survey and assessment, BTR will tailor a draft mission scenario based on your preferences. This will include identifying an appropriate training regime to be conducted prior to the mission scenario.

Once created, BTR will formally present the mission proposal to you, describing in general terms the mission scenario, the type of experience you will receive, and the training regime necessary to complete your mission.

Once agreed to, BTR will present a written contract for your signature. As part of the contract, you will be given a medical clearance form to be completed and signed by your healthcare provider certifying you are in good health and can safely conduct all of the activities included in the mission scenario. You will also sign a general legal liability waiver. Finally, you will sign a safety briefing certifying that you understand that BTR mission scenarios are solely for entertainment purposes, are not real, and that you must abide by all laws and legal restrictions of the locales while enjoying the BTR experience.

BTR will determine the cost of your training regimen and those funds are due prior to the start of training. The outstanding balance is due following successful completion of training and prior to the start of your Operational Mission.
